Each board is beautifully designed upon order. We use only the finest of gourmet locally grown produce including PEC local cheeses, and Quebec made quality cheeses. Our cheese and grassfed meat selection change seasonally and are accentuated with delicate preserves, olives, pickles, fresh fruit and more.

Would you like to enjoy your special meal along side your guests rather than having to prepare and clean your own dinner party or brunch? 

We offer chef services for you and your guests at your private home or rental home in Prince Edward County for brunch, lunch or dinner. 

Together we will develop a menu based on a list of tried-and-true elegant dishes provided by At Your Service PEC. With our chef de cuisine – Laura Penberthy – we will prepare, serve and clean up after your event to ensure a full-service chef quality, culinary experience.

Organizing an event at your home often means you miss the opportunity to enjoy the day with their guests. 

Coordinating the caterers, food preparation, set up and table service (family style or plated) is time consuming and unavoidable when timing and visual attractiveness are key elements.  At Your Service PEC can take over so YOU can enjoy your event along with your guests.
