With experience as a B&B owner, private chef and innkeeper, she combines deep local insight, a passion for culinary arts, strong community ties, and top-tier service standards. Her quick problem-solving, warm humour, and personal touch ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable stay. Leia thoughtfully designs each guest’s County experience around their individual interests, tastes, and preferred pace.

Laura’s journey in the wine industry began over 25 years ago with her Sommelier certification — a path that’s become her true passion.
She’s gained hands-on experience through work in Australia, aboard the Queen Elizabeth II, and at wineries from the Vineland Bench to Prince Edward County.
Also certified as a Chef de Cuisine, Laura brings a well-rounded understanding of hospitality, from kitchen to table. She is looking forward to collaborating with Leia to create meaningful, memorable experiences for visitors to The County — a reflection of their shared passion and joyful spirit.
