Concierge Fees
Hourly Concierge Fee
Further consulting services are billed at $65.00 per hour (up to 5 hours), OR you may choose one of the following packages (paid in advance):
5-Hour Concierge Service — $275
Includes a custom plan for your time in Prince Edward County (PEC) based on our initial consultation.
This plan includes:
- Restaurant recommendations and reservation guidance
- Suggested activities to explore
- A calendar of available County events for your visit
10-Hour Concierge Service — $575
Everything in the 5-hour package, plus:
- Restaurant reservations made on your behalf
- Activities booked on agreed-upon dates
- Tour connections arranged and confirmed
- Welcome services including:

- Grocery delivery to your short-term accommodation (STA) in the County
- Flower delivery to your STA
- Calendar of events with times and locations
15-Hour Concierge Service — $875
Includes everything in the 10-hour package, plus:
- All reservations and bookings handled on your behalf
- Complete event calendar with locations and times
- Extended welcome services as agreed
- A private chef event planned and coordinated (menu design and shopping list included)
Note: The private chef event is billed separately based on the number of guests, menu choices, and any additional staffing (e.g., serving/bartending). All events—dinner parties, cocktail parties, or luncheons—include prep and full cleanup.
